PRIZES:
There are no winners or losers.
Sorry! NO medals this year folks, but the fun, fitness and your donations are prizes for many.
OTHER INFORMATION:
SPORTKelso 10k is a running event, and although we appreciate you may need to walk at times,
but for this year you are welcome to enter and walk, stroll or run the route you choose,
For safety, the wearing of headphones is not recommended during this run.
You can do the race anywhere in the town - NOT around the usual run through Floors.
You can time yourselves and map your run using Fitbits or other apps etc. if you want.
Post pictures of yourselves doing the run, completing it on either the
Park Run site, SPORTKelso Community Hub site or the Civic Week 10k Run Facebook page.
All monies raised could go to some of the same Charities we usually donate to,
but as all charities are currently struggling we may need to re-evaluate this situation?

THANKS:
KLA are grateful to Lynne Young for again organising this rather different and fragmented run
during one of the most difficult times most of us will ever experience in out lifetime.
