This event is a 10k (6.2 mile) race starting on the Cobby and following a multi-terrain route through the grounds of Floors Castle to finish back on the Cobby.
There is a medal for all finishers and post-race refreshments. Runners of all abilities are welcome.
There is a prize for first male and first female with TD5 postcode.

Cost is £11 for affiliated runners and £13 for unaffiliated.
Please note: This event is NOT open to juniors under the age of 15.
Registration and collection of race numbers from 9:30am at Kelso Rugby Club.
Race time: 11:00 am from the Cobby. Directions will be given on registration.
A very scenic, multi-terrain route around the beautiful grounds of Floors Castle. The
course is not suitable for runners pushing buggies or push chairs.
All runners enter this race at their own risk however there will be marshals at major
crossing points. There will also be direction signs and kilometre markers. Please respect the
distance and follow an appropriate training plan. A time limit of one and a half hours has
been set for the race after which time the course will be dismantled.
Water and Refreshments:
Water available half way round and at the finish.
Refreshments will be available for runners at Kelso Rugby Cub after the race.
Presentation of Prizes:
This will take place at Kelso Rugby Club.

Following the success of the Kelso Crawlers 10k in 2018, donations were made to various parties in the town.
